Shipping Policy: We ship all items within 1-2 business days excluding custom/personalized pieces. Please allow 3-5 business days for those orders that include an engravable item. All Custom Pieces (Hoops, Cuffs, Rings, Necklaces) take 4-5 weeks. Free shipping for orders within USA over $75 using USPS. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Once shipped, we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. International Shipping: Any orders that are shipped outside of USA may be subject to taxes, import duties, custom duties and fees related to the designated country. Please note that the recipient of package in designated country is responsible for all mentioned/related import fees.
