2. LENGTH OF TERM: Choose for term length and proceed to checkout

3. SUBMIT PAYMENT AND WAIT FOR YOUR JEWELRY BOX TO ARRIVE!

CANCELATION/REFUND POLICY

Depending on the length of your term, you will be charged on the same day you placed your order every month for the duration of your term. If you purchased 1 month, there is no term so you will only be charged once (the same day you place your order). If you choose 3 month or 6 month term, and you place an order today (for example if today is September 5th), you will be charged on the 5th of every month for 3 or 6 months. Once the 3 or 6 months has ended, you will no longer be charged. If you wish to enroll again, please place a new order or reach out to [email protected] to extend your subscription term. In addition, if you sign up for our 3 month or 6 month term, we cannot provide a refund if you wish to cancel sooner. No Exceptions.

In addition, there will be no refunds or exchanges given for the items included in this box unless an item is damaged. We cannot cater requests for specific items from our site due to limited inventory. This box will also include exclusive items that may not be featured on our site yet. Shipping Policy: We ship all items within 1-2 business days excluding custom/personalized pieces. Please allow 3 business days for those orders that include a custom/personalized item. Custom Hoops and Bangles take 3-4 weeks. Free shipping for orders within USA over $50 using USPS. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Once shipped, we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. International Shipping: Any orders that are shipped outside of USA may be subject to taxes, import duties, custom duties and fees related to the designated country. Please note that the recipient of package in designated country is responsible for all mentioned/related import fees.

Stainless Steel pieces will not tarnish, rust, or turn your skin green. They are also hypoallergenic. Although our jewelry can handle a normal amount of contact with water and sweat, we suggest limited contact for longer durability. We take pride in using high quality materials for those pieces that are not stainless steel and want you to enjoy your jewelry for as long as possible. To ensure your pieces last, please do not expose your jewelry to harsh chemicals such as perfume, saltwater, pool chlorine or any household cleaning liquids.
