One of Miami’s newest Online jewelry retailers, HOUSE OF JEWELS MIAMI is looking for a new team member to join our team at our headquarters in Coral Gables, FL.

We are looking for a Part Time Social Media Coordinator (15-20 Hours a week), to join our growing team. This role will be working directly with our Creative Team & Social Media Manager. You will be assisting with the development & planning of all our social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, & Tiktok.


Plan the social feeds to upkeep the high standards, aesthetic & brand image.

Approve & Create/ develop social media content with our Internal team.

Scheduling of content, across social media channels; Instagram, Facebook, & TikTok.

Managing the social media marketing calendar & posts.

Responsible for growing our social media following, audience, community, & overall brand awareness.

Creating on-brand & engaging social media content & captions.

Lead & work closely with the Social team to hit goals of performance, Following growth, awareness, reach, & engagement.

Approve & working closely with our creative team, ensuring content produced is engaging & high performing on social platforms.

Planning and executing campaigns across all social channels.

Influencer Outreach and Relations

Monitor the performance & engagement of social media platforms through regular reporting.


At least 1-2 years of experience in managing social media accounts for consumer brands.

Experience in a similar role within the fashion/beauty/cosmetics industry.

Strong ability to innovate and creatively think outside of the box.

Highly motivated with great attention to detail and personal drive.

Solid understanding of social media channels and their audiences.

Strong copywriting skills.

Willingness to go above & beyond to succeed in the role.

Detail oriented and with strong analytical skills.

Ability to generate creative updates, manage creative delivery, optimization, and reporting.

Highly motivated with great attention to detail.
